Tags - Inventory & Inspection
Inventory and inspection tags are used to provide an easier, more convenient way of tracking and identifying parts within a manufacturing facility. Attaching a tag to a single product, multiple products, or containers, allows for individuals to easily know which items have been counted, inspected, accepted, rejected, scrapped, etc., while providing lot control, product counts, and sound visual factory aids. Inventory and inspection tags can be produced in a single cardstock form, or in many instances, have multiple parts (usually 1-4 sheets or parts) in a carbonless form. Inventory and inspection tags can be consecutively numbered and pre-wired or pre-strung, for quick attaching to parts.
"Lock Out - Tag Out" tags are also available to help protect workers from hazardous situations with machines and equipment and their energy sources during servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
