Hot-Melt Adhesives
Hot-melt adhesives starts as a solid, with specific shapes and temperature ranges. Then it flows in liquid form to be applied on substrates specific to each adhesive capability, when heated in various applicator units. This results in bonding production assemblies or detail applications after the adhesive cools and hardens. Speed and durability are advantages of hot-melt adhesive. *NOTE: Heat-sensitive surfaces may require low-melt adhesive.
