How We Work

Most suppliers will take your order and ship it. We’d rather ask a few questions first, because the cheapest tape isn’t always the right tape and getting it wrong costs more than the price difference.

Before we recommend anything, we want to understand:

• Your application and production environment
• Shipping, handling, and storage requirements
• Environmental conditions that affect product performance
• Volume, frequency, and budget
• Any problems you’ve had with products in the past

That conversation usually saves time and money on both sides. You get the right product the first time without spending your own time researching and testing it.

Inventory and Supply Management

The two complaints we hear most often: “We ran out again.” And “We ordered too much last time and now it’s sitting in the corner.” Both are fixable. And both cost you more than the product itself.

We pay close attention to your order history and how often you typically reorder. When something looks like it’s running low, we reach out before you’re calling us in a panic. On the other end, we can help you right-size what you’re keeping on hand so you’re not tying up cash and shelf space in excess stock.
