Reflective & Glow in the Dark Tapes

Reflective & Glow in the Dark Tapes

Glow in the Dark Tapes are a vinyl phosphorescent tape that glows in the dark after being exposed to light. This tape absorbs energy from various light sources and/or sunlight, and, once the light source is eliminated and darkness sets in, the tape will emit its' own light from the stored energy. Primary uses of Glow in the Dark tape are normally to outline emergency exits, escape routes, steps, stairwells, landings, doors, door handles, railings, signage, trip hazards, switches, panels, etc. This allows people to safely exit a building in the event of a power failure. The tape's flexible backing is conformable and easy to cut. Reflective tape technology has taken on a whole new entity in regards to the way safety is looked at. There are a plethora of various reflective tapes in the market today- depending on the need and application. Reflective tapes are used in most commercial-type industries that require the need to 'get the message' out to the respective purpose for which the tape is being applied to. Various areas that reflective tapes are used in today, but certainly not limited to be: Work zones, traffic signage, advertisements, billboards, commercial vehicles, inside plant facilities in certain areas, etc.
